But now, thanks to the producing and preservation methods modernisation, we can export the semifinished product keeping unchanged those sensory qualities that determine the quality and the food traceability.
Our mission is to organise the market of the semifinished product and open up shops specialised in the sale of buffalo milk mozzarella. Our customers will have the possibility of producing and selling ITALIAN fresh buffalo milk mozzarella, buying our cheese curd and our know-how.
